I am a distressed Nykaa fashion customer. I have placed an order on 1st of June for three products bearing the order number NYK – 636 7835–5666144.
I received a delivery of one packet on 5th of June which had only one product Swatantra peacock pride handloom saree and the rest 2 saris are yet not delivered but shows delivered in the application. When I had raised the complaint using the chat service and the customer care number, they mentioned that they can’t do anything and the product has been delivered. I had supported them with all the details I could provide to investigate the matter and provide me with the resolution. But they have not been able to take out time to solve this. I have shared the delivery agent’s number who delivered one packet containing only one product and also shared the pictures of the packet to your customer Support team (attached again for your reference). All this while they have been just claiming that the brand says to them that they have delivered the products and Nykaa fashion can’t do anything about it. I don’t know where the theft has happened in the entire fulfilment stage either by the brand or the third-party delivery agent. It’s more than a month that I have been waiting for my refund. This was a prepaid order which made it very convenient way to steal hard earned money of customers and my money is still stuck with Nykaa Fashion. I have all the email conversations with me with your team and also all the call recordings with their customer support who have mentioned that they can’t commit or respond over the email. I’m absolutely disgusted at this service of Nykaa Fashion.
Cheaters, fraud and scammers can’t get away this time.
