Text of Complaint by Priyanka Sharma:

I ordered a superdry hoodies from Ajio in December 2021. When the order got delivered, I found that they sent a wrong size with the correct Superdry tag to me. I was shocked but simply placed a return request thinking it’s a mistake by them. I clearly wrote the reason for return and attached relevant images. They collected the return but asked for a few days to do quality check. After 7-8 days, Ajio rejected my return and accused me of returning a non-Ajio product. I was shocked and contacted their customer service. But customer care number is not working.So I sent a mail to customer care and They assured me that issue will be solved. But no action was taken. I have called them more than 50 times, sent a lot of mails but there is no resolution. All they do is ask for 48 hours and the close the complain without informing me. delivery boy was successfully pickedup return item from me and provide acknowledgement slip with me.So same slip I shared with Ajio customer care that delivery boy was successfully pickedup item…but still Ajio people is not refund my money.
