Dear Jio Team,
I’m writing this email to escalate my complaint regarding the fraud had done to be by a sales person whom had visited my place to deliver me a new sim card.
On Saturday i placed an request for a new jio sim card and on Sunday afternoon around at 12.15 the sales person named Sudhir Jadhav Mob – 8975515107 / 70392 93893 Email id ;- mailto:sudhirjadhav659@gmail.com. had visted my house. He gave me a trariff plane of Rs 300 where i will be getting 3gb per day for 28 days for my JIO FI. I paid him rs 300 and he activated my sim card and testing had done.
Then later after an hour i downloaded my jio app then i realized that only 150rs recgare had been done. So i called the sales person Sudhir so he told me that he had activate 300 rs plan only and not to worry about it.
The next day ( Today ) i connected my jio fi to my desktop and starting to use it as its my work from home. Soon after 3 hours i got a messaged that i had consumed my 1 gb data balance then again i called him explained him the every thing. Then also he was dyning about it. So i forwarded him all the screen shot of Jio portal. So he recharged me 51 rs booster pack of 6 gb data for 28 days.
Now im trying to reach him, he is not answering the call and WhatsApp messages.
Please stop fooling people by doing this foolish activities. Kindly looked into this and revert back as soon as posible
