The Kottail Brand Clothing item is being accused of processing a credit card transaction without my authorization, and they are alleging that I made the purchase. When I kindly requested to see the invoice and the goods or services that were sold to me, they ceased all communication. Here is the inquiry I made to them.
Can you show me the footage where I was present in your showroom? I can show you the proof of the time I was in Pune. How can you accept the payment without the presence of the main cardholder? It appears that the fraud committed against me was premeditated. After receiving an email from Mr. Anuj, I received an email from you which leads me to believe that both of you were in need of liquidity for business purposes. You used my card to fund your business, which is unacceptable.
Can you confirm if the invoice generated under my name corresponds to 290000 since you stated that I swiped it?
Could you please provide me with proof of my presence in your showroom during any transaction? If this is proof, I would like to request the SP of Bharaut City Police to arrest me. Kottail Brand, do you have the courage to shut down your business if you are proven wrong, as I mentioned in my statement?
Can you tell me which item I purchased at your showroom, as you are indicating that I swiped my card there?
what justification you can give for the transaction of Rs 200000/- from my credit card? it was also done by me in the month of March 2022. Please see below the screen shot. I am searching for more transactions done from your side.
