Sir,
I’m Diwakar Gupta s/o mr.Phulwari Lal Gupta from ALIGARH , Uttar Pradesh pin 202001. I got a message from AVI enterprises,Vapi, Gujarat about captchas work .the company told me that you have to do 10 thousands captchas work in ten days .in this regard company will pay ₹3 per Captcha.During this period the company assured me 24 hours help. I got this work 2 or 3 days before Holi in March 2020. During this work I demanded for help several times via emails and on phone numbers but company didn’t provide me any help I sent several emails but there were no satisfactory answers on time. Now there are lots of calls from company demanding and threatening me for paying money.Im very puzzled and in tension.They are saying and threatening me that we will send notice after lock down and u would face lots of difficulties.They got my Aadhar card photo and didn’t tell anything about its rules and regulations regarding company laws and rules.they are threatening me in different ways by calling.Lots of captchas were unrecognisable and faulty .in this regard ,when I demanded for help ,none helped me from the company..after doing accurate and lots of work ,they showed the captchas wrong and less in number.the machine showed zero captchas .I have lots of proofs against this company. Now after doing this fraud with me , Company and its advocates threatening, blackmailing me for money and they are saying that we will send u notices and lodge COmplaints against you. Now I request you to help me from these scammers and take strict action against this company.
