I saw a advertisement on you tube app to buy the Boat headphones on discounted price, and when I clicked on the link, it refers me to myshopify page. After selection the item add adding the billing address it took me to the payment option, where there is no option to select the COD mode as its fraud website. After making the payment from my account, the money was deducted from the account for 388 INR and order screen shows up. After that there is no email or msg was received about the order and nor any communication is updated. Also the website doesnt open now, and my order is pending since 02 July 2023. If there would be an option to file a Charge Back in India, I must have done that as well, and the person who is using that payment gateway will be arrested to do the fraud and taking peoples money
