dear sir,
- I had placed an order for one 8 GB wifi enabled mobile phone on BYMYMOBILE site on 14May21. The Online Bazaar order No is BU17832155 . The cost of the mobile was Rs 3499. The cost was paid through my Credit Card through FREECHARGE payment Tec gateway.
- After delay, the mobile was delivered at my residence at lucknow UP, through DELHIVERY COURIER service on 27 may 21 at 1340h.
- The mobile inside the packet is a very simple base model , costing not more Rs than 1000.00 and operating in some East asian language..it is a case of fraud and deficiency of service on the part of website, advertisement company, google , courier service company and people involved in this business.
- The address of the Buymymobile site was given SADAR BAZAR, IDGAH COLONY, AGRA, UP. The phone No given is 8448440689. It is not active.
- These kind of advertisement are operating on various media. Who is responsible for this ?
- The address given on the courier packet is given as Patparganj Industrial Area New Delhi 110092.
- I request all the serious and concerned cibil authorities to get after these frauds and culprits based on the addresses and contacts given above and help in stopping this fraud and recover the lost amounts.
