I have done recharge of ₹558 and I got 4 gb data coupon so I redeem those coupon but airtel didn’t inform me through any medium that the coupon os valid for that particular date. When I call the customer care to know about my data pack. They told me that the Information is published in there website and I need to read that before doing the recharge. Airtel need to understand if any customer redeem any coupon they need to send a message regarding validity
