Sir,

I have already made a lot of efforts to get my money paid for the product which have been not delivered. I have  lodged complaint in national consumer forum vide docet number  988295 on 31-10-2018. Please take strictest action against Amazon India.
I ordered product on 11-10-2018 vide prepaid order paying Rs.11691 through card in full. I was given the delivery date range from 13-10-2018 to 23-10-2018. Since i was in dire need of the product, i requested amazon 4-5 times to expedite the delivery. Every time i was told that you have to wait until 23-10-2018, which is last date for delivery at my address at Allahabad.
it is pertinent to note that on 13-10-2018 product was mentioned as shipped from Gurugram by bluedart vide AWP 69323443420. the status at bluedart AWB tracking was unchanged till 24-10-2018 in spite of my repeated requests for delivery. Later on 25-10-2018 status was changed returning to seller the product which was never out of NCR region. Bluedart already clarified me on 16-10-2018 that delivery address is not serviceable by them so they will not deliver which i have communicated them but Amazon was not ready to listen and asked me to wait till 23-10-2018.
on 24-10-2018 when deadline of delivery was passed and i requested to refund Amazon at their end issue  anew deadline for delivery, which was 26-10-2018 and asked me to wait till 26-10-2018. On  26-10-2018 evening when i didn’t had any update, i again requested amazon to refund they said refund will be processed soon.
On  27-10-2018, in spite of my repeated requests for refund, Amazon unilaterally shipped the product again. On called Amazon and asked for refund they said that the product has been shipped now and you have to wait until it reached back to Amazon.
Till yeasterday they have not refunded my complete amount. Yesterday when i claaed third level (senior floor supervisor) customer care, they refunded the incomplete amount saying that rest has been payed in the form of amazon pay. It is hinghly cheating to deduct the money from debit catd and after keeping one month refunding the money in the form of amazon pay which is non monetary and having expiry date. Please take the strictest action against such fraud actions of very well known companies so that they take a lesson to rectify their procedures instead of harassing most of the poor helpless customers.
