On 3th of July my mother recharged an unlimited pack of Rs 199. It says Vodaphone will provide unlimited call, 1.4gb internet data. But the it was not provided and again I recharged Rs199 unlimited plan without knowing the same number is already under an unlimited pack.
Now I can’t even make a single call. IVR always says I have no balance. I had spoken with many vodaphone customer care.
They told different stories for every call. One of them said I could make call from 12 a.m 24th July. Other said I could call after 6 pm. And now they are saying I need to wait for 5 days. Kindly look into the matter.
