filed a complaint, and the technician visited, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved. Surprisingly, they collected 200RS from my dad without a valid reason. My dad raised a complaint about this charge, and despite the assurance of a refund, we haven’t received the Rs. 200. Additionally, there’s an ongoing issue with the signal from the current setup box. When they requested the OTP for the refund, we declined as we haven’t received the money. In response, they changed the primary phone number linked to the TataPay account without our consent and obtained the OTP themselves.
