I had purchased a Voot premium plan of Rs 299/year, in which it was clearly mentioned that this plan is ad-free for recorded content. But still I am getting ads while watching content every 5-10 min.
I tried to contact Voot also on their given support, but I didn’t get any response.
Please help me with this as it is clearly a fraud case.
