i buy haier 240 l frost free double door 2 star convertible refrigerator but i received wrong product and that is without convertible refrigerator and then i raise complain to customer service to change the product but second time again they send same product after that i hold both product. I told him that he would send me my original product, then I would give him 2 old products . they told me ok n issue told me you mention on paper that i hold 2 refrigerator till that time when my original product not received. 4 days no response came from customer service and your area manager , your zonal manager. i continuously talk with two people, one is umang and the second is bablu . plz resolve my issue otherwise i go to consumer court this is my last option now.
