I gave online order to shopping website name brandmarts.shop. I order product name Dji Om 5-Handheld 3-Axis
Smartphone Gimbal
Stabilizer with Grip Tripod,
Built-in Extension Rod, Shot
Guide for Vlogging,
YouTube, Live Video, Phone
Stabilizer Compatible with
iPhone and Android(Grey) which price shows Rs.1499 on website. I choose cash on delivery option as payment method. Today Date:- 03/08/2022 Wednesday I received product but instead of product which I gave order, A wristwatch is in the box. So there are fraud done by above online website. Please take legal necessary steps for it.
Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway (e.g. PayTM, PayU) up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
