I booked a ticket for Bangalore to Ranchi flight for 15th April, 2020 which got cancelled due to the lockdown. However I was told that I will be refunded the amount according to the current govt norms. Every time I call the Paytm customer care for refund all they say is that refund has been initiated. I’ve been calling since Nov 20, 2020 and still the response is same. They are not willing to refund my amount even after requesting so many times since last 5 months.
