On 9th February 2021 I ordered Rs. 3528.33 worth of products from www.lotusbasketmall.com. Since then I have received no response from the company, despite emails to their only contact at lotusbasket42@gmail.com. This is straight out fraud and I have been cheated out of a large sum of money. Please look into this. I am not the only one this company has cheated. Many have purchased home decor items from this website and no response at all. It is blatant fraud. The website now says it is unavailable.
