Extremely disappointing to see the kind of treachery practices Myntra is following these days and the kind of customer handling training it is giving to its service department.
It’s to highlight a serious matter of fradulent practice adopted by one of Myntra’s courier boy who came for a pick up for one of my return request for Order No: 1112369-3781927-0515103 (Raymond Men Blue & Black Self-Design Contemporary Fit Nehru Jacket). First time when I raised the return request, the pick up guy misbehaved with my father and didn’t even pick up the product saying he’s getting late and will come afterwards.
Second time, when I raised the request, the same guy came (on 18th July 2019) and started using foul language and after a long argument with my father he finally took the product saying, ” Ok, my mistake I didn’t check the product properly first time and now I’m picking it up”. Now, the game which he played this time was that, he uploaded some other similar faulty product image, in which price tag was missing, in the system and got my return request declined.
Now, after 2 days, today i.e. on 20-7-2019, he came back to return that product to my father saying that my product was not having price tag so company declined to accept it and just went away. Now, inspite of the fact that the product was having all required tags when he picked it up on 18th July, he is claiming that it was missing that day only (though he checked the product thoroughly that day and now after keeping it with him for two days he is saying that price tag was missing when he picked up the product itself)
Besides this now when I’m calling up customer care to talk regarding these concerns, they’re disconnecting my call.Hence, it’s really very disappointing to see the kind of dis-integrity and treachery practices brand like Myntra is following these days.

haven’t been delivered to me yet inspite of raising complaints regarding the same with the customer care for more than 5-6 times. Due to which today, i,e. 20th July 2019, I had to ask them to raise a cancellation request for the same. However, seeing the kind of service being provided all this while to me by Myntra I’m not sure if my cancellation request will also be declined the same way my above mentioned return request was declined.
