I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a financial dispute with an individual named Mr. Deepak,who provided escort services in Noida.
On May 17, 2026, at approximately 11:00 AM, I transferred 20,000 INR to him via PhonePe. Following the payment, I cancelled the request and sought a refund. However, the services were not provided, and Mr. Deepak has ceased all communication.
