This is a fake agency. I tried Booking a ticket on 3rd November. Then I didn’t receive any confirmation so I had to call the agency. They informed me that it has been cancelled. After that I received a mail that my ticket wasn’t booked. It’s 4th December today and I still didn’t receive my refund. Every time I used to call they’d tell me wait until 14-20 working days. It’s the 22nd working day today and today they informed me that the refund got reverted due to technical issues and I will have to wait again for 15 days. I have not even received a single message regarding initiation of the refund. Their customer support is not good at all. They are very rude people and don’t have the answers to any of your questions.
