I ordered a Big Size “Shoe Rack” from “SHIFTO 1kG” on March 20, 2024 through Facebook & received it Today i.e. March 23, 2024. I paid Rs. 999 INR to thr ekart delivery boy. But the product I got is completely different from what I ordered. And Now, I couldn’t reach the company’s website to return the product received as it shows that the given web-address or website is not available. I ask for a refund of Rs. 999 with an immediate action.
