We are purchase the loyal tree membership and representative told uu you do not have pay maintenance charge when you gave contact number and they wear shows the hotel list which is not valid during booking, it shows only limited resorts in India and which are not easily available for long time. I am continuously contact with customer care but they are not respond even the representative they are lie. This is the partner company and if we calculate the resort rates with other sites that are very cheap. Even the representative was told me that if you are not like then you can cancel the mambership within 45 days, I am trying but they said we are not cancelling and not respond the calls. Please help me to cancel and refund my money back. They are fake promises for mambership buy.
