Today i received following promotional sms from number
“price drop alert! Telecast tablet pc andriod 10.1inch, touch screen, 4gb/64gb, dual camera mrp-rs9999 today price-rs2499 mobspotbox.in/products/q/
T&c”
When i ordered the item doing payment of rs 2499/-, i received the following email of order confirmation
“teclast t30 andriod 9.0 4g phone call tablet 10.1″ 1920×1200 4gb ram 64gb rom 8000mah tablets pc dual camera gps type-c”
I understood afterwards that the item is not the one i was looking for so i emailed to for the cancellation of the order but so far no response and it seems that the company is doing fraud business with customers. I request to investigate the matter and do needful for me if possible and take necessary action in case it is found fraud.
