We are selling ChaskaTea in meesho. Every time when we send the correct order to a customer according to their order they return us a different product, a Missing product, or tell us we have sent them an empty box. We have provided lots of evidence regarding this issue to meesho and raised many complaints but meesho and their team did not even a single time help us or give us a refund for those losses and damage. Mr. Gourab Mondal the onboarding account manager of Meesho not even answer our call if suppose he answered then didn’t support us. Kindly take strict action against this type of malpractice.
