I Anusree Dutta, ordered 2 earphones from the saying company. There was a offer going on at that time of “Buy 2 get 1 free” so naturally i ordered 2, on 5th October, 2022. After i placed the order I got a message saying order is placed further shipment information will be provided via email or phone number. But till date now i didn’t get any response. I tried to contact them through their helping website which was a mail site but after posting my mail I got an email from the Google authority itself saying there isn’t a email account with that name. Now i don’t know what should I do. Please look into this matter and take necessary action.

I HAD ORDERED FOR AN BOAT SMART WATCH & WITH EAR PODS, AS COMBO, PAID THE AMOUNT AS WELL, BUT DID NOT RECIEVE THE SHIPMENT TRACK NO & NO RESPONSE FORM ANY ONE.

OWNER NAME IS MR. SANDIP ASHOKBHAI RUPARELIYA HE IS A FRAUDSTER.
I Shrikanth N Iyer, ordered a combo boat (smart watch + ear pods + portable speaker earphones) from the saying company (Music-boat.myshopify.com), owned or may be a distributor by the name, Mr. SANDIP ASHOKBHAI RUPARELIYA. There was a offer going on at that time, so naturally i ordered, on 11th November, 2022. After i placed the order I got a message saying order is placed no. # 1335 is confirmed, further shipment information will be provided via email or phone number. But till now i didn’t get any response. I tried to contact them through their helping website which was a mail site but after posting my mail I got an email from the Google authority itself saying there isn’t a email account with that name. Now i don’t know what should I do. Please look into this matter and take necessary action.
PLEASE DO NOT BELEIVE THIS AS ITA A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. MR. SANDIP ASHOKBHAI RUPARELIYA HE IS A FRAUDSTER AND SHOULD BE PUT BEHIND BARS FOR CHEATING ONLINE.

Same fraud was happed with me on this site while purchase of boat items
I (Anuska Ghosh) have ordered a earpod via shopify.com because some type of offer was going on later on the said that order was confirm and will sent me the shipment details in respective email . till now I haven’t got any email bits been 10 days ..my order id was #1006 . Now suddenly its showing that then website shopify itself is not available . kindly see this matter nd I will suggest everyone out their not to buy anything from them , and not to step on their trap .
