I order Puma shoes worth rs 2700/- buy i got full duplicate local shoe of 200-300 plain white shoes . I submitted return request 11 time but each time the request is acceptable on flipkart app but at the time of pickup they r refusing our pickup without accepting and coming . The ekart couriers service is doing fraud thing. I call customer care and each time they telling same think (don’t worry next time Aisa bhi hoga , pickup hojaega ) its beenore than 25 days and the flipkart is not doing any action, courier is doing clear fraud thing without giving any reason for camcellcance. They don’t answering my call .and ekart is also didn’t have any customer care . We can’t complaint anything about them. Order I’d : OD113483089723302000
