Dear Sir,
I am one of customer has ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel.
While porting time your executive proposed for family plan of 749.
where your executive said once your network get ported to airtel add your existing family number which is 7777052520 which will get added in 15 min. when I tried entering the number pop-up arose said to pay the previous month bill 470/-.
I did after paying the bill I waited for 2-3 days then again its says pay your outstanding amount of 227/- which I did.
Again I added my number and it show your request is in progress.
Again keep on checking but my number didn’t get added for 15 days.
today again when I tried adding the number again message occurred please pay your outstanding amount of 227/- .
Again tried entering the number 7777052520 and from afternoon it has become night its still showing that your request is in process.
Is this is a type of fraud which is done by airtel.
I have to pay 749 + 470+470 = 1689/-
what the use of taking family plan .
Is airtel running some scam to recover money from the market
I have been cheated and overcharged……..
Kindly look into the concern and get the issue resolved as early as possible.
