Resected Sir/Madam
Myself Dr. Anupama Oka from RiddhiVinayak Hospital , Nalasopara, yesterday and day before yesterday visited Shirdi , my booking was done through your so called well known company.
My experience regarding the hotel accommodation and the food (Break fast and dinner) was worst, first thing is you people charged me Rs. 4000.00 for two persons unlimited break fast and the dinner , in actual, in hotel fellow said , he has not got any information regarding type of break fast , what was offered to me was either poha or upma that also in limited quantity , in the dinner on the first day the things offered were one sabji, one daal, chapati and rice and that is why I myself asked the hotel fellow to give me our typical maharashtrian food that is jwar roti and baingan bharta with some green leafy vegetable.
Now please tell me was this break fast and dinner worth of rs. 4000.00
The room offered to me was worst in condition, so I asked him to give another room , and he gave also, but it was with 3 beds , I told him to remove the extra bed but he did not.
NOW I REALLY DOUBT WHETHER BEFORE ASSIGNING ANY PROPERTY ARE YOU PEOPLE INSPECTING THE PROPERTY OR NOT.
THE DETAILS GIVEN TO ME BY YOUR STAFF WERE TOTALLY DIFFERENT AND THE ACTUAL PICTURE IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT.

I am a Doctor by profession and I have travelled all over the world as my son and daughter in law stays in Germany and they both are also Doctors.
LITERALLY AFTER GOING THROUGH MY HOLIDAYS THE FIRST THING WHICH CAME IN MIND WAS TO TAKE A MEMBERSHIP OF MY HOLIDAYS IS NOT AT ALL WORTH, 100% WASTE OF MONEY.
THE SAME REVIEW IS GOING TO BE REFLECTED EVERYWHERE ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
SO I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL.
