I just wrote this email to Amazon but no revert got yet

Hello Team,
unfortunately I am not able to send email from my registered email address with Amazon so I am using different email to elaborate my problem.

I ordered A boat Eardopes on 21st of August but I got delivery package and I DID NOT FIND MY ITEM IN I JUST ONLY FOUND A PIECE OF STONE IN THE PACKET. also I checked package from other side it was Damaged from other side… But that time delivery agent gone.. So I cud not informed him about that. Also a slip was pasted on that had few Scan codes but NO SCAN CODE GAVE THAT INFO THAT PRODUCT WAS RELATED TO ME ACTUALLY THOSE WERE FAKE SCAN CODES.. WHICH WAS PASTED ON TIERED PLACE SO NO ONE CAN DOUBT ON IT.

I ALSO SPOKEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM BUT THEY ARE GIVING ME VERY LONG TAT WHICH I CAN NOT AFFORD..
I AM A NEEDY FELLOW PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON MY REQUEST
I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED TO JEFF AND AMAZON. PLEASE UNDERSTAND SITUATION

I AM ATTACHING SOME PICS OF IT PLEASE CHECK AND RESPOND ME ON SAME

I NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP OR REPLACE ITEM..
