I have ordered (order ID- OD225479882516608000) an electric hot water bag from Flipkart (https://dl.flipkart.com/s/tSUEtHNNNN) The seller’s name shows as “TheEarth” with no other details. They sent me only the cover of the bag with no water inside, which seems like a manufacturing defect having a “no return” policy. Now nobody is able to contact the seller for a refund or replacement. Though the product has no return policy at least the seller should be contacted. I believe someone is doing fraud by selling defective pieces and keeping money too with him and having no contact information with Flipkart. Please check the issue and the seller’s details.
