I had complaint about a defective smartwatch of Fire boltt…
The service center has accepted my complaint and sended a courier boy to pick up the product for replacement and the boy was from delhivery company . I gave him my smartwatch and he went . And i have also complaint about my boat airdopes 138 for replacement , a message received by me for reverse pickup for replacement , a courier boy came to pick up i thought he came to pick up my airdopes but he said he was there to pick up firr boltt smart watch but that watch was already picked up by another courier boy . I told him about my problem that the watch is already gone but he took my airdopes and went after giving a slip . And now my both products are missing customer care is not attending my calls and not replying my mails .
Please , help me out in getting my products back .
