I placed an order with club factory on 29th Dec’19. The order numbers are : SO238409894 & SO238409893 amounting to a total of
Rs. 5825.63 . The order was placed using google pay. Despite of the fact that the amount got deducted from my bank account, the order was not successfully placed (screenshots of ‘successful payment’ page are attached for reference). The concern was immediately raised via Club Factory online chat centre but apart from denial of receipt of money, no other response was received from the chat centre. The concern was raised to payee bank also. The bank has confirmed successful paymeng to club factory’s account and has provided the transaction number : 936321440273. Request your intervention for earliest resolution of the issue.
