Hi team this is to inform you that my registered email with amazon is tanushreegupta0909@gmail.com
I have ordered a product named Pigeon 7 piece cookware and out of which only 4 pieces were delivered.
I have raised complaint and pickup person took tht product.
After waiting for 13 long days amazon never replied and harassed over call stating that product was not original( that is what my concern because of which I am returning product) and your customer support team replied tht they will not issue my refund or product that means amazon will keep returned item + customer’s hard earned money also.
Kindly look into this .This is something really serious else i need to highlight tuis issue over social media and customer court of India.
