.Dear concerned
i have taken new jio connection on 4th May by paying rs 2500/- on May 5th sales person by name saravana who given the connection 4th came on 5th too and said due to some technical error i have to repay rs 2500 and resubmit all details as my amount which i paid on 4th will get refund back to me in 24 hours. i waited for 1 week 2 week nothing happened when i called up customer care to my shock they said i have got 2 connection however i was given 1 router only and top of it i was not actually asked for 2 connection sales guy who came did fraudlent and for his sale count he did this fradulent . and top of it i also did the renewal on june 4th promptly as there were 2 connection which i wasnt aware i was told the payment what i did as renewal gone to the number proivded by them which doesnt have router at all (Meaning the actual number what we was given doesnt hold any router and the number what he had given connection i wasnt aware because he didnt told us that he is giving 2 connection at all and in my home he installed only 1 router.

Now i have lost Rs 2500 as an additional amount which he cheated me and taken for new connection which i didnt ask for and no router been given too
Plus i renewed Rs 1768 on June 4th and no services been given to us for it

i have written to customer care too i got templated revert which nowhere connected to my query i forwarded that mail to appllate too i was asked to wait ..

Note: when i requested customer care i was told service people will come and rectify the same however person by name jagadeesh came to my house and showcase the complete arogancy and urgency he didnt even step in to my house to see the device. lookking at the device he said i was intimated for red colour blink and now that ur led is in green colour i need not work on it that is not my work when i insisted to check and update whats the issue with agony he dismantle the device and left if in unproper finish mode all wires were disturbed and he left it as such immediately i took photograph and share to the customer care for which no action taken.

Now my request is what am i suppose to do to get back my Rs 2500 which salesman has cheated and given 2 connection
Also i paid Rs 1768/- towards renewal for which no service given

Can you please repay my money which was cheated by Jiofibre , I competely agree human errors are common but why cant i wasnt given with the solution yet by jio a so called esteemmed organisation!!
please do return back my money (Rs 2500 + 1768) and give us the solution for WIFI

I will definetly wanted a educatory note to be shared by authority to Sale person saravanan and Jagadeesh who dismantle the device and left it as such

 

Note have attached screenshot of number given to us and hence i did the renewal to that number but please find the another screenshot where it says no device attached to that jio number
