I booked in make my trip for four points by sheraton hotel in Mahabalipuram for stay. They have booked for me in four points by sheraton in pune. I requested them to change my stay. They told contact hotel directly regarding this. I called them they told they will make arrangements for the transfer. But after reaching Mahabalipuram sheraton they told refund we shall process and its their responsibility to get back from their property. They told us to pay for the stay. But after calling upon pune sheraton we were informed that we wont give refund and talked in a very rude way and told its already been informed to Mahabalipuram sheraton. We refused to pay their property after they gave us false information regarding refund they are threatening me over calls and blackmailing me that they will spoil my future. Several goons are mishandling me. Finally they told they will escalate to police station and they have cctv footage and everything. Money may be secondary, but i have been mishandled by the four points hotel. I need justice for their action towards me. I kindly request to provide me the needful solution to take action against this property.

I made a booking at Four points in Pune through booking.com. But my card payment was declined and I immediately received an email that my booking wasn’t confirmed. Then how come my complete amount got deducted? I have been sending emails but there’s no response or refund yet. Can I get someone responded on this issue urgently to avoid further escalations?
