1. I am on roaming and not a fool to use Vodafone mobile data. So how can I download anything? They levied unnecessary Rs 49 in March bill for ‘content download’ for March bill
2. On top of that April month’s bill includes Rs 100 for calling and SMS charges. I have not used their calling or SMS service as I am on roaming and you can check outgoing SMS and calls
3. Their social media handle is not responding neither checking DMs thoroughly. Check tweets and DMs via handle @patelchitral
4. Calling customer service helpline is keeping me in waiting for 6 minutes and no one attends the call
5. I have not paid the bill because my issue has not been resolved. It is their fault of lack of addressing issues timely. So want a reversal of Rs 50.
Total reversal claim = Rs 49 (content download) + Rs 50 (late fee) + Rs 100 (roaming)= Rs 199
