Hi,
My sister in law purchased fossil Smart gen 4 watch on 18/12/2020 with 2 year manufacturing Warranty
after one & half year it’s stop working so we connected to fossil customer support and they suggest that give watch to their service center. We visited at service center , but service center person said it’s not repairable and give it back to us without checking it’s warranty…!! & said it’s software malfunction issues which is not possible to repair.

After few months I check may order history came to know that it’s under warranty . So we again reach to fossil support and informed all past experience. And due to their service center’s representative’s fault my watch was goes out of warranty.

Now fossil support team said that watch was not repairable due to parts not available and try to forced to accept credit note with depreciated cost.

Watch was submitted to fossil service center as suggested by fossil twitter handler.
