I cancelled the product and rejected it when the delivery attempt was made. It reached their ware house in a week and it’s been 8 days since. Everytime I make a call, they say they have received the product but they still haven’t initiated the refund. No matter how many times I call them or email them, there is no proper response. The watch costs 10k and fossil is being a fraud
