Text of Complaint by Ashok C:

I had ordered the Fossil hybrid smartwatch in Dec 2021 which was delivered on 23rd Dec 2021, since than there was a issue of display that was unable to see the digital display but I thought it may be by design only, also the belt was found to be with paint defects, however I neglected.
All of a sudden the digital display was very much dull and unable to see anything, I contacted customer care many a times in Sept 2022 and finally asked by them to Sent the watch to Bangalore for repair, which I sent through Croma, Dabolim Goa, after a period of a month I received the repaired watch in Oct 22 FOC as it ws under warranty.
Since than the watch was working, all of a sudden in May 2023 the watch stopped working, I contacted Fossil again and after a period of 15days struggle again they asked me to Sent the watch to Bangalore for repair through Croma.
After 8days I got a wats app message and a information from Croma saying I have to pay the charges of Rs 6800 for repair however the watch is under warranty for a period of 2years from purchase which expires in Dec 2023.

I conveyed to croma and Fossil through watsapp, croma said they have asked to repair under warranty however Fossil have still not confirmed on same till today and it’s a day 3now from communication.

The watch was unhealthy from the date on receipt, out of approx 1.5years the watch is out of order for more than 2months..
It’s the worst experience with Fossil I recommend not to go with Fossil brand anytime.
Indian brands are far better..
This watch had cost me 10k, and life is not even 1.5years….
