I went to get my number 7027715444 from postpaid to prepaid at bhiwani Vodafone Store .
Mr Anshul Sharma took my request but has not processed till today.
I made bill payment of my number the time visited the store .
Payment 2840 then three days rent 83 something.
Since then (aug18) my number not migrated from postpaid to prepaid.
Now the bill is 2100/-
Every time Mr Anshul told me that don’t worry your postpaid number will be migrated to preaaid.

Since then till today my number is not migrated in prepaid. I made the payment of my last bill amount of 2840/- after that Mr Anshul called me to deposit some amount near arround 83 /- for three days rent .He also gave a prepaid SIM of Vodafone. Since last two months that my number could not got migrated from postpaid to prepaid. I had a word with Mr Anshul last to last week as him when I got a call for bill payment . I was shocked to receive that call . As per Mr Anshul u don’t have any usage charges in my bill and the same can be waived off . Earlier the bill was apox 1100/- when I talked to Mr Anshul now it’s some way around 2100/-. I really want to say that being old customer of Vodafone now it’s very difficult to say that Vodafone has that kind of staff who really not bother about customer service. I need a solution for the bill payment. Bill payment is not a issue but false commitment is the issue. Mr Anshul has regularly been saying that my number will be migrated to prepaid . I done have to worry about the bill payment . Now I m getting payment collection calls . My CIBIL score getting affected due to this.
