I would like to register a formal complaint regarding an incident involving an official PhonePe employee. The employee in question advised me to utilize the PhonePe speaker service, informing me that no monthly charges would be applied if the transaction count exceeded 30. In July 2023, the transactions conducted using the PhonePe QR code totaled more than 140. Despite this, I was billed 125 rupees. Additionally, I was instructed to deposit 300 rupees, with a commitment that a monthly refund of 50 rupees would be provided by PhonePe for a period of 6 months. Regrettably, I have not received any such refund as of now. Despite my numerous attempts, I have been unable to establish contact with the employee to address this issue. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Furthermore, please ensure that the necessary actions are taken to rectify this situation and to provide a resolution in a timely manner.
