Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Complaints Court regarding fraudulent loan activity and erroneous credit reporting that has adversely affected my financial standing.

Upon reviewing my Credit Information Report (CIBIL), I discovered multiple records of delayed loan payments dating back to last year, along with accrued interest totaling Rs. 5900+. These payments are allegedly linked to a loan availed through MOBIKWIKI’s Zip Pay Later service, amounting to Rs. 5000. However, I wish to emphasize that I have never initiated nor authorized any such loan transaction with the respective organizations.

Despite extensive efforts to rectify this issue with the involved financial institutions – TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PVT.LTD, LENDBOX, and MOBIKWIK – the fraudulent loan entries remain on my credit history, severely impacting my CIBIL score and hindering my ability to secure loans from other financial entities.

The failure of the concerned financial institutions to address this matter satisfactorily necessitates the intervention of the Consumer Complaints Court to seek appropriate remedies and ensure accountability.

I kindly request the following actions:

Conduct a thorough investigation into the fraudulent loan activity associated with my name and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation.
Ensure the removal of erroneous loan entries from my credit history with CIBIL to restore my financial credibility and integrity.
Provide compensation for the damages incurred, including any financial losses and reputational harm resulting from the fraudulent activity and erroneous credit reporting.
I have attached copies of relevant documents, including my Credit Information Report and correspondence with the aforementioned financial institutions, for your reference and investigation.

I trust that the Consumer Complaints Court will diligently review this matter and provide a fair and just resolution to uphold consumer rights and financial integrity.
