Text of Complaint by SHASHI KANT GUPTA:

I am writing this email to bring to your attention the faulty product that is being delivered from Flipkart. I had ordered a Hitachi window ac 1.5 ton on April 28th which was delivered to me on May 2nd. However, I was disappointed to find that the product is fully extensive. All the AC grills and back side of product is fully damaged.
I am highly dissatisfied with the product and would like to request for a replacement or a refund for the same. As per your return policy, I am eligible for a return or exchange of the product within. I request you to take necessary action to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I have attached the necessary documents depicted in the “screenshot 1” to 10” to support my claim. I would appreciate if you could provide me with an update on the status of the replacement or refund.
Please contact me on 9958862560 for any further clarification required. I am looking forward to a prompt response from your end.
• Upon raising the issue- No calls or emails received from Flipkart
• Installation partners have ensured full support, however have not received any aspiration.
