Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent experience I had while attempting to make a payment through LazyPay on Myntra on July 11, 2023.

On the said date, I mistakenly clicked on LazyPay as the payment option while placing my order on Myntra. Realizing my mistake, I immediately cancelled the transaction and turned off my internet to prevent any further processing. However, to my dismay, I later found that LazyPay had deducted the amount from my account despite the cancellation.

Upon discovering the unauthorized deduction, I promptly raised a request through the LazyPay app on July 11, 2023, seeking a refund for the erroneous transaction. The response I received instructed me to wait for 24 hours for the issue to be resolved. However, even after 24 hours had passed, I did not receive the refund, nor did I receive any communication from LazyPay regarding the status of my complaint.

Subsequently, I contacted LazyPay’s customer care on next day. I was asked to provide an email attachment of the failed payment from Myntra, which I duly complied with and sent on July 18, 2023. Despite my efforts and multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved, and the harassing calls I have been receiving from LazyPay’s representatives have only added to my distress.

Furthermore, I communicated with Myntra’s merchants, who confirmed that they have not received the payment from LazyPay and shared the same attachment I provided to LazyPay, verifying the failed transaction.

I understand that issues can arise during transactions, but the lack of responsiveness, constant harassment, and failure to address my complaint in a timely manner is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

I request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to initiate a thorough investigation into the failed payment and refund issue. I demand a prompt resolution and a full refund of the deducted amount to my account at the earliest. Additionally, I expect you to take necessary actions to prevent such occurrences in the future and ensure a smoother and more customer-friendly experience.

If this matter is not resolved promptly and to my satisfaction, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities to seek appropriate redressal.

I have attached the relevant documents, including proof of payment deduction, cancellation, and communication with Myntra’s merchants, for your reference.

I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter and appreciate your immediate attention.
