I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent purchase of a Dell laptop from Reliance Digital, and the subsequent lack of support and assistance from both Dell and Reliance Digital’s customer service departments.
On 02-01-2023 , I purchased a Dell laptop from Reliance Digital, with the intention of utilizing it for my work-related tasks. I told them i want to work on many softwares and they said this will be the best laptop to work with. However, soon after its purchase, I discovered multiple issues that have severely hindered my ability to complete my job responsibilities. The laptop has been consistently malfunctioning, rendering it unreliable and unusable for professional purposes.
Since the discovery of these problems, I have made numerous attempts to contact Dell’s customer service department to address the issue and seek a resolution. However, I have encountered nothing but disappointment and frustration throughout this process. Each time I reach out, I am subjected to lengthy wait times, unhelpful representatives, and constantly changing narratives, which only serve to exacerbate my anxiety and hinder the progress of my work.
During one particular interaction with a customer service representative named Arundati Saathe, I was denied access to the company’s official email address, further impeding my ability to communicate my concerns effectively. This lack of transparency and cooperation is entirely unacceptable and has only added to my mental distress caused by the abysmal level of service I have received from Dell.
Also there is a person working in reliance digital from where i purchased the laptop i talked to him and told him if you will not do any thing then i wIll file a case against you because this is the last option that i have ,and he said go and do whatever you want his name is PIYUSH and his number is 8340371373.
In addition to my repeated attempts to contact Dell’s customer service via phone, I have also sent several emails outlining the issues I am facing with the laptop. Regrettably, these email correspondences have remained unanswered, leaving me feeling unheard and ignored by the company.
Considering the significant financial investment I made in purchasing this laptop, as well as the detrimental impact its malfunctioning has had on my professional life, I demand a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. I request either a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement laptop that is fully functional and meets the promised standards.
If my concerns are not adequately addressed within a reasonable period, I will have no choice but to seek legal recourse and file a complaint with the consumer court to assert my rights as a consumer. I trust that it will not come to that, and your company will demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction by resolving this matter in a fair and expeditious manner.
Enclosed with this letter, you will find copies of all relevant documentation, including receipts, emails, and a record of my interactions with Dell’s customer service department. I kindly request you to acknowledge the receipt of this complaint ASAP and provide me with a clear plan of action to address my concerns.
