Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and file a formal complaint regarding the repeated and incorrect billing practices by Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. Despite paying all outstanding dues and clearing all bills in a timely manner, I continue to receive persistent calls and erroneous bill generation notices.

To provide a clear background, I have diligently paid all my bills and ensured that my account is up to date. However, to my astonishment, I have been consistently contacted by Tikona representatives demanding payment for bills that have already been settled. This recurring issue has caused me undue stress and frustration as it indicates a severe lack of proper record-keeping and communication within your organization.

I have made several attempts to rectify this matter by contacting your customer service department and providing proof of payment, but the problem persists. The excessive and unwarranted reminders to pay bills that have already been cleared are not only an inconvenience but also reflect negatively on the professionalism and efficiency of Tikona’s billing system.

I kindly request that you urgently investigate this matter and take immediate action to rectify the situation. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue, including the immediate cessation of any further erroneous bill notifications and calls. Additionally, I request that you review your internal processes to prevent such instances from occurring in the future and ensure that accurate billing information is maintained for all your customers.

Failure to address and resolve this matter satisfactorily may leave me with no choice but to explore other options, including seeking legal recourse and reporting this issue to relevant consumer protection authorities. I hope to avoid such escalation and trust that Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. will take the necessary steps to rectify this issue promptly.
