Good Afternoon Sir/ Madam,
I am Suraj Chandra Reddy CH, I have accepted a job for form filling by agreement by staple enterprise have completed my work and submitted before deadline i.e, 20/01/2021. I still didn’t get the QC report but I got a mail saying that I have breached the contract and I have to pay charges of 9999. The mail I got:
DATE: 20 JANUARY 2021,
This Intimation Letter Informs you That STAPLE ENTERPRISE(EWORKME) has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for Contract Breach against you as under law that mentions on THE AGREEMENT that if you have NOT SUCCEEDED on your job Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
Now as per The agreement which was done between you & STAPLE ENTERPRISE(EWORKME), We are hereby intimate you to pay the pending Due before 20 JANUARY 2021.
Remedies for Breach of Contract.-Sec 73,Sec 74,Sec 75
IPC SECTION:SECTION-406,1872-BREACH OF AGREEMENT
