Iam from Hyderabad ,I received a call from silicon technology people regarding the form filling job on November 25th 2020 and they said to send my adhaar card …I have thought ..this…can be a help full job for me…but without any notice of mine …they sent some license agreement and other details which were not even said to me..after creating account and assigning work they said me….about the clauses like…the accuracy should be maintained and….wrk should be submitted in time or else….7100/- should be paid by me….and …I started filling the forms…when I came across the forms…. those were of no use..some random text was to be filled and those type are of waste …where in we are completely in their hands…like..they say there is no accuracy so you should pay the amount…and I stopped filling the forms…after the 10th Day a person rang me saying he is an advocate and…a case file has come to him and the case was breaching of aggrement and he completely turns out mind to him and takes our control in his hands…but i know…that an agreement is a thing where 2 people should be present and signatures are to be made..and I know they are fake and…said to proceed with the legal proceedings he threated me to file a case on the name of my father.and they are very planned because in the mail they even kept like there should be no abusive words or anything …some IPC sections are discussed ….and on 9th December I have received a mail from an advocate named ADV MINHAZ B.com LLB ..who states. To pay the 7100/- in next 4 days and.. 3500/- as legal notice charges..
I say everyone that those digital signatures on the agreements are not valid and these people are fake and don’t fall in their hands and don’t pay any money to any one .. because this is completely fake..
DO NOT PAY MONEY TO ANY ONE THOSE ADVOCATES ARE FAKE THEY THREATEN YOU BUT DONY PAY …. DON’T FALL IN THEIR HANDS..IF YOU GET ANY CALL FROM THEN PLEASE IGNORE OR PLACE A COMPLAINT IN CYBER CRIME
THESE FRAUDSTERS CAN GO TO ANY EXTENT FOR MONEY BY THREATING …PLEASE BE STRONG AND DON’T FALL IN TRAP
