I got a call from +91 7211103783 named Jemini Patel regarding the online form filling work on 28-oct- 2020. The company name is Technocraft solution. She was saying there would be 700 froms you need to fill within 7 days with 90% accuracy. The rate is ₹20/form. So total earnings for 700 forms would be ₹14000. I asked here is there any fee you charge for it because i am not interested in such work where i need to pay to start thr work. She said you do not need to pay anything but there is a registration charge of ₹4700 which will be deducted from the first week payout. I showed interest then she sent me an email to sign an agreement. I signed that. After a few minutes i got a call from this number +91 6359212370. She said me that this is a verification call for the agreement you have signed for form filling work. Then she said me if u fail to submit the forms correctly or on time then you have to pay 4700. I disagreed that i am not gonna pay anything because if I cannot fulfill the accuracy criteria then i will not be paid any thing even in that case my 7 days hard work will be a loss for me so why an additional fine i need to pay? If you can remove that fine in case of failure of form submission then only go ahead or stop the process of starting the work. She said you have already signed the agreement and disconnected the call. I then called jemini for this to explain the things then she texted me on what’s app and said you have received your user id and pw, she asked me to share the user id And said she will call me back. Then after approx half an hour i got a call from jemini and said her to cancel the process then she said u will get a call from cancellation department. But i never got a call regarding the cancellation. Even they didn’t send me the forms on my email and i had no contact with anyone of this fraud gang. I thought it was canceled. But after a week on 6 November 2020 i got a call from: 9909763072. He was saying his name Sddharth verma. as he is the lawyer from technocraft solution. He was asking money for agreement breach. He is threatening me to take legal action against me. I don’t know how to get rid of such fraudulents.
