Text of Complaint by Nayab Malik:

My membership ID is 2757243. I have paid down payment of Rs.34700 on 20.04.2017 and paid 20000 in 3 installment bearing cheque nos. 78156, 157 and 159 dated 7.5.17, 7.6.17 and 10.8.17 respectively. I have not availed even a single trip after paying approx Rs. 84000/- to Mahindra Holidays due to some personal issues and cancelled the membership. Now, I don’t want to refund my amount but seek some token benefit out of my investment in the form of one trip for 6-7 days in Maharashtra to adjust the said amount appropriately. I have raised this issue to various executives vide reference numbers Case no. 03752216 (Bhate Ibtesam), 03747205, 03746241, 03740526 (Shehnaz Ansari), 03744383 ( Habiba Shaikh), 03743888 (Mukesh Mandhale), 03742985 ( Tanveer Shaikh), 03741930( Rushikesh Bhagyawant) and 03738332 ( Poonam Chavan) and Shri Ravi Kumar(no case no. generated) and Smt. Meghan Desai (no case no. generated) but they reiterate with the same reply that the invested amount is non-refundable and membership can not be renewed once cancelled. There is no such copy I have/ provided by you, of the agreement between Club Mahindra and me which claims that invested amount will be forfeited on cancellation of membership.
I have also raised complaint at level 2 to Shri Ravi Kumar on 19.12.2023 but he has not reverted so far. After the expiry of stipulated time period of 3 days at level 2 as per your company policy, I forwarded my grievance to level 3 @ Meghana_Desai@mahindraholidays.com on 27th Dec 2023 but she also not reverted with any response within required timeframe, so, I formally raised my next and last level complaint to Shri Anupam @ anupam_srivastava@mahindraholidays.com for timely settlement of the matter, but unfortunately, he also not reverted so far. I have not availed even a single trip in any Mahindra Resorts after issuance of my membership. My membership was conceptualized in Kanpur (UP) by one of your executives, Sameer on 20th April 2017.
