Hi I am Vijay Singh Yadav, currently residing in Ghaziabad UP.
I have been trying to reach the Paysense team while email as they don’t have any customer care to foreclose my personal loan however, even after sending approx. 10 emails, they are not responding to my requests or calling me. They are fooling me by saying that they are not able to reach me on mobile no#, which is a complete full of lies. I told them if you can’t contact me then please give me your number i will call you back but, they are not doing that too. I have also requested them to send me a foreclosure letter along with the payment link so i can directly make a payment but, still they are not responding. The Paysense company does not have right intention for foreclosing the loans and therefore, they are making such excuses.
